The Impact Bible Conference is free for everyone to attend. However, it costs approximately $100.00 per person to host the conference, and we greatly appreciate any donation you make.
If you would like to make a donation toward the costs of Impact you can select the predetermined donation amount as you register or you may follow the link in your confirmation email to make a donation of any amount.
Or, if you would like to donate using online banking you may do so by using the account details below:

Account Name: Hawkes Bay Redemption Trust
Account Number: 03-0658-0235084-00
If you would like a giving receipt please email us to ensure we allocate any donations correctly.

Donations are non refundable. As a small team, processing refunds takes significant time, and funds are typically already committed to conference expenses at the time they are given. Thank you for understanding and for your support of the conference.

PLEASE NOTE ALL ATTENDEES, INCLUDING CHILDREN NEED TO REGISTER

Accommodation
There is limited accommodation available on-site at Riverbend Bible Church.
These can be chosen as "add-ons" during the registration process. Please note the accommodation will be available from 2pm on Friday.

  • Kowhai Court – Individual twin bedrooms. All beds are single. Bedding is supplied.  Please book per room, not per person (i.e. 1 room for a couple).  Please note that these rooms are designed for 2 people only.  Due to fire restrictions we are unable to have children on the floor in these rooms, however, one cot may be set up for an infant.
  • Tōtara Lodge – 4 rooms with 12 bunks, up to three high, per room. BYO bedding. These are split into male-only rooms and female-only rooms.  THESE ARE NOT FAMILY DORMS.
  • Camping – these sites are limited.  Please do not bring a campervan or caravan without booking it during registration.  Note there are is no dump site available here at RBC.

Meals
This year you can select which meal you would like to purchase.  To see the menu head to the website, however, while we do our best to stick to our planned menu please note that this is subject to change should some items no longer be available.  Prices are listed during the registration process.  You will need to add the required meals for each attendee in your group.

Self-cater Meals: There is a very small kitchenette available only for those staying on-site.  You will need to provide your own cutlery and crockery.

Children's Programme & Creche
While the Impact Conference is primarily designed for adults, we are delighted to provide a children’s programme to enable parents to fully participate in the sessions.

The children’s program will be held on Friday evening during the main session, with additional morning and afternoon sessions on Saturday and Sunday, and a morning session on Monday.

Please note that when children are not in the program, they remain under the care of their parents. If your child is not enrolled in the program, we kindly ask that they stay with you during the seminars.

To help cover costs, there is a contribution of $20 per child. When registering, please select this add-on for each child who will be attending. The program is designed for children aged 5 years through to Year 8.

Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to register early.

There is a creche for pre-schoolers. Children remain in the care of their parents (or someone 18 or over), however, a volunteer from Riverbend Bible Church is always on hand at the start of every session, and parents are welcome to organize themselves to take turns caring for one another's children to ensure everyone can participate fully in the conference sessions.

There is also a separate 'Parents Room'.

Come and join us at Impact as we worship the Lord through hearing His word and singing His praises and fellowship with one another.
